A female black cat is missing in Bloomington, IL. “Female, her name is Jinx, she’s all black with a small white patch on her chest, a little bare spot on her right arm and her tummy is quite bare too from the fur never growing back like normal when she was fixed. We last saw her running in our subdivision of Goose Creek Apartments in Bloomington. She is micro chipped.
