A beagle was brought into a Columbia Missouri shelter and dropped off. The finders claimed that the dog was found on the highway “somewhere” in Illinois. This post is being shared in hopes of leading the dog back to it’s owners, which are located somewhere in the state. Please contact the Central Missouri Humane Society with any information.
